Since 1990 I've been inside one of the most operationally complex businesses on earth — a global airline — leading projects, workflow automation, and the reporting systems that keep thousands of moving parts from colliding. I learned what good process actually feels like, and what breaks when it isn't there.
Today I work in three places at once. I design AI-powered workflows and applications using the OpenAI API and Agents SDK and Anthropic Claude (Cowork and Claude Code) — the toolkit I've been building with since March 2023. I lead enterprise process and reporting work for organizations that need their operations to actually hold together. And I help small business owners and individuals install the kind of operating rhythm that turns intention into measurable progress.
